  Very disappointed with my son's senior pictures. Every single image had two white splotches on his forehead. When I called customer service to complain about the poor quality, I was informed that I would have to pay an additional fee to have them retouched. I understand paying for blemishes that are on the skin; however, this was due to the lighting when the pictures were taken. I kept trying to explain it was poor photography and I should not have to pay to have them retouched and was given the same line of "I'm very sorry but that happens due to the lighting used". Said I could come into their studio and have them redone which is not feasible as we live 2 hours from their studio location. The pictures were taken at the school. Additionally, for my son's casual pose the photographer didn't have him smile in any of the images. Too bad this is our choice for his senior pictures. Not professional at all.
